We wash our vegetables well. Cut the tomatoes into symmetrical pieces. Peel the cucumbers and cut into slices. Cut the onion into thin slices. Peel the peppers and cut them into strips. Cut the feta into small cubes. Place the ingredients in a salad bowl or dish and add salt, capers and olives. Pour over with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano if desired parsley.
